Customer experience is usually measured in numbers. CX Heroes looked for the people behind them. Our small, collaborative crew traveled to Mexico City, Toronto, and Oslo to tell three very different stories: customer service during an earthquake, the people answering calls at a suicide hotline, and the challenges of making air travel more accessible. There were very few rigid job descriptions on these shoots. Adam Hofmann, Eric Adams, Mike Simons, and I worked as a team of generalists—directing, shooting, and filling whatever production role the story required.
I handled sound across the series and edited the Oslo film.
