On Monday, I spoke with Nash’s head of marketing. What I received was less a finished script than a rough outline of what the company needed to communicate in a 90-second product launch. By Friday, they had final files. There was very little supervision between those two points. The project depended on translating product ideas into a coherent story, developing the visual approach, making creative decisions quickly, and carrying the piece through production without a long approval chain. Sometimes the best client brief is trust.
